JOB DESCRIPTION
Location: Remote – Headquartered out of Newtown, PA
Reports to: Sales Director
Position Summary:
The Territory Manager role is responsible for developing relationships with health care providers and centers of influence in order to drive the adoption of PoNS™ within a defined geography. He/She will target, prospect, contact, attend meetings and conferences, schedule in-service events and work with PoNS™ certified clinics to raise awareness of and increase patient demand for PoNS Treatment and other associated products.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
- Initiate, develop and cultivate relationships with key HCP and Neuro PT clinics in order to drive PoNS™ adoption and utilization.
- Consistently demonstrate proficiency and expertise in discussing the potential benefits of PoNS Treatment.
- Represent Helius at events and conferences as assigned; attend scientific meetings, congresses and conferences and therapeutic area training sessions to maintain a current knowledge base and to develop understanding of other intelligent products to bonify and expand PoNS Treatment™
- Coordinate sales and marketing activity with Helius brand in line with marketing strategies.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance and Helius company ethical and moral standards in all business activities.
Minimum Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 5+years in medical device space, Start-up company experience a plus
- Experience calling on neurologists a plus
- Proven experience in successfully achieving sales targets in product launch environment
- High level of financial literacy, possessing good business judgment and a successful track record of developing viable business strategies
- Understanding of the regulatory environment in the areas of medical device marketing and promotion
- Comfort and desire in working within a fast-paced, energetic, start-up environment

Training Requirements:
- Departmental procedures, HIPAA, general training on FDA current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP), ISO 13485, Canadian Medical Devices Regulations (CMDR) and Medical Device Directive (MDD).
